still blocked - my muse has left me

I have spent the week just staring at the keyboard. I think my problem stems from the stress I am under with the Theater Group. so much has to be done - cast has to be found, production director, etc. That I cannot begin anything until we are settled on the play.

I did meet with the clubhouse manager and we did come to some conclusions for the "dinner" portion of the dinner play. What a mess. We will have four performance and each performance will have a different type of "meal." I don't know if this will go over with the members. I am losing sleep - where the hell is Rawlings. Come here baby and give me some of that advice you possess. What do I do?

Also I am setting up a Theater Workshop - a fun activity for one day in July. We will start with a one-act play, then break down all the roles for the play - the director and what he does, the actors, the makeup artist, the sound and lighting, etc. we will have snacks and then we will try to put together a different one-act play (s). The whole point is to bring in new people to the group - -people that want to pitch in and not just pay a $5 fee.

My mind is blocked until the play is moving forward. Today I did type up a lot of good dialogue from some excellent miniseries - I do this to get in the mood and get in the frame of mind of regency speak. By typing it sticks with me better.

well, off to stare at the keyboard a little while before I head for bed. lol
